The Violin Art Foundation, which was joined to the Viktorov family’s Investment Program Foundation in 2006, is the organizer of the Paganini Moscow International Violin Competition. The Competition is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications

of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow and Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. It is intended by the organizer of the Competition, that it be a public event dedicated to Niccolo Paganini’s birthday, which is October 27th.
