Foundation Scholarship holder in 2004-2005

Born on November 25, 1986, in Saint Petersburg. Took up music at the age of 5. In 1994, entered the Special Music Lyceum under the Saint Petersburg Conservatory (class of Prof. V. Y. Ovcharek). 1999 – 2004 - a student at the Vienna Music University (class of Prof. Dora Schwartzberg).

Prizewinner of the following competitions:

  • “Virtuosi 2000” International Competition, Saint Petersburg (First Prize);
  • “Classica Nova” D. Shostakovich International Competition, Hannover (Second Prize);
  • A. Glazunov International Competition, Paris (Several prizes);
  • L. Spohr International Competition, Weimar (3 prizes)

Often performs in concerts in Saint Petersburg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, France, Croatia, and Finland. In 1996, participated in the Music Festival of the Mariinsky Theater in Finland by invitation from Valery Georgiyev.

Holder of scholarships from the H. von Karajan Foundation, International Foundation of Vladimir Spivakov, and the Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

Holder of a J. B. Vuillaume violin provided for concert activity from the State Collection of Unique Musical Instruments through the Foundation’s assistance.
