One of the Foundation activities is the support of talented musicians. The Foundation gives regular support to its scholars. In addition to that, upon request of P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, the Foundation provides the Conservatory students with musical instruments from the State collection of unique musical instruments at its own expense. On the same gratuitous basis, the Foundation supplies instruments from its private collection to its scholars and laureates of the competition - the Russian citizens. Besides that, under international agreements with other states, the Foundation gives instruments so that the most talented foreign violinists have a chance to play them.

Upon decision of the Board the Foundation provides the following support to young people: paying tuition fees to the Moscow Conservatory students, assisting scholars and laureates of the competition who decided to enter foreign musical educational institutions in executing appropriate documents, organizing the annual concert of laureates in the Conservatory Grand Hall, which grants the young musicians a chance to shine and demonstrating their skills on the most prestigious stage of the country.

Upon decision of the Organizing Committee, the Foundation issues DVD disks of the final competition concerts as well as records solo CDs of the First Prize and Grand Prix winners in the best recording studious.
