Born in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland (1969). Started playing violin and viola with his Father. Won scholarship to Cheethams School of Music (1982), where he played solo concerts, chamber music and with orchestra. Studied at the Royal College of Music (1987), Prof. J. Vanacek, Prof. G. Zhislin achieving ARCM (Performance and Teaching). Studied at the National Centre for Orchestral Studies (1988). Won a scholarship to the Jerusalem Rubin Academy of Music and Dance (1982), Prof. M. Glezarova, M. Kugel. Gave many solo concerts in Israel and won the Israeli 20 th Century Music Prize. In Israel and London participated in Master Classes with Y. Neaman and F. Andrievsky. Has given solo recitals in Belgium, England, and Israel and has played in various music festivals around Europe.
