Born in Gorkyi, Russia (1976). Graduated from Music School No. 6 (1991), from Balakirev Musical College, Prof. F. Forshtok (1996), from Glinka State Conservatory with Diploma with Distinction in Violin Performance, Prof. G. Afanasiev. Completed post-graduated studies at Glinka State Conservatory (2003), Prof. G. Afanasiev and taught there at once (2001 – 2003). Currently studies at Michigan State Univercity, Doctor of Music Arts candidate in Violin Performance, Prof. W. Verdehr. Receipient of Musical Award from USSR Children’s Foundation (1987 – 1996). Receipent of the Alexander Schuster Principal Violin Award. Actively concretized with different orchestras as concertmaster, principal second violin and in section 1st violin. Continues to perform with chamber orchestras and solo.

  • Laureate of the Regional Competition of String Players, Dzerzhinsk (1991): Grand-prize.
  • Laureate of the Regional Competition of Chamber Ensembles, Penza (1993): 1 st prize.
  • Diploma of the First All-Russia Villuan Violin Competition, Nizhny Novgorod (1998).
  • Prizewinner of the Second All-Russia Competition of Chamber Ensembles, Syzran (2001).
  • Diploma of the Sixth International Competition of String Players, Toghliatty (2002).
  • Winner of the Honor Concert Competition at MSU (2004).
  • Participant of the 51st Paganini International Violin Competition, Genoa (2006).
