From November, 20 till December 1, 2007, The Investment Program Foundation held the Fifth Paganini Moscow International Violin Competition.

The concert  of the laureates and the jury members, which took place on December, 1 in the Grand Hall of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory became the resulting event of the Competition.
