Born in Romania (1981). Graduated from George Enescu Music High School, Bucharest (prof. M. Tomescu), the National University of Music (prof. N. Nilcuirescu and S. Cheorghiu). Has Concertist Diploma of the A. Cortot Music School, Paris (prof. G. Poulet). Studies at the Paris Conservatory (prof. J.-J. Kantorow and O. Charlier). Holder of Eugen Sarbu scholarship. Participated in master-classes. Performed as a soloist with various orchestras and conductors, has given recitals in prestigious festivals.

Laureate of different Competitions, among them are:

  • The Violin Competition «Jeunesses Musicales», Bucharest (1999): 1st prize.
  • The «Remember Enescu» violin competition, Romania (2002): Grand Prix.
  • The George Enescu International Competition (2003): Grand Prix and «The Best Performance of George Enescu's Sonata No.3» Award.
  • The Tadeusz Wronski Violin Solo Competition in Warsaw — Poland (2004): Gold medal and «Prize for the best performance of the Ysaye Sonata».
