As a jury member of the First Paganini Competition, I am so glad that this representative international musical forum continues growing and developing. More and more Russian and foreign violinists are striving to participate in it today.

One can surely say that the competition has been successfully performing another important mission: it draws the numerous listeners’ attention, which also spreads over the violin art in general. Not only is the event interesting and necessary for a narrow circle of violin professionals but also for the general public, who enjoy an atmosphere of these annual ten days of the violin art so much.

I am confident that a passionate rivalry of different violin schools representing themselves at the Fourth Paganini Moscow International Violin Competition will make us glad again, as well as that the best musicians shall achieve their deserved victories!
