The First Competition – 2003

  1. According to the competition results, the winners will be awarded with laureate diplomas and the following premiums:
    First Prize
    a statuette of Paganini holding a violin,
    plus $25,000 (equivalent)
    Second Prize
    $12,000 (equivalent)
    Third Prize
    $8,000 (equivalent)

  2. According to the competition results, the jury shall not be obligated to award all three prizes, or they may divide any prize between several winners. In case the First Prize is divided, the statuette shall not be awarded.

  3. All jury’s decisions shall be final and irrevocable.

  4. Upon the jury’s decision, one or several winners, as well as their best accompanists, may be awarded with honorary diplomas.

  5. Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees may award one or several deserving participants with a special premium of the Foundation.
