From November, 20 till December 1, 2006, The Investment Program Foundation held the Fourth Paganini Moscow International Violin Competition.

Traditionally, the event was closed by the concert of the laureates and the jury members, which took place on December, 1 in the Grand Hall of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.
