The Second Competition - 2004

The First Competition – 2003

  1. According to the Competition results, the winners will be awarded with laureate diplomas and the following prizes:
    First Prize
    a statuette of Paganini holding the golden violin, plus $25,000
    Second Prize
    $12,000
    Third Prize
    $8,000

  2. According to the Competition results, the Jury shall not be obligated to award all the prizes, or they may divide any prize between several winners. In case the First Prize is divided, the statuette shall not be awarded.

  3. All Jury’s decisions shall be final and irrevocable.

  4. Upon the Jury’s decision, one or several winners, as well as their best accompanists, may be awarded with honorary diplomas.

  5. Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees may award one or several deserving participants with the Foundation’s special premium.

  6. Upon agreement with the Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, special prizes and premiums may be established by creative unions and mass media, as well as by various state, public organizations and other individuals or legal entities.

  7. Upon decision and at the expense of the Foundation, the First Prize winners may record their performances on CDs.
