November 12: Deadline Date for acceptance of participation applications for the Second Competition.

November 22: Drawing Procedure.

November 23 - 25: Eliminatory Round.

November 26 - 27: Semifinal Round.

November 29: Day off (rehearsal day before the Final Round).

November 30: Final Round.

December 1: Concert of Prizewinners and Jury Members of the Second Competition and a reception marking the completion of the Second Competition.
