The concert of prizewinners and Jury members of the First Moscow Paganini Violin Competition became the key point of the Competition and was intended to mark the completion of the event. The Concert was held in the Chamber Hall of the Moscow International Music Center on December 2, 2003. The honor to host this solemn ceremony was given to the renowned companion of culture Svyatoslav Belza. Also, several Competition Jurors performed on the stage of the Moscow International Music Center. Among them, there were such famed virtuosos as Sergey Stadler, Ivry Gitlis, Alexander Rudin, and Maxim Fedotov. The Chamber Orchestra of the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky State Conservatory took part in the Concert as well.
The Concert was preceded by the official ceremony for awarding the Competition prizewinners. This event was hosted by Sergey Stadler, Jury President, and Maxim Viktorov, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Art of the Violin Foundation. Prizewinners were awarded diplomas, prize statuette, and testimonials.
